Food Pantry Mission
Westover Baptist and Living Water work together in distributing food to our neighbors, which is provided by individual supporters, the Chesterfield Food Bank, and supplemented with fresh produce from our own Community Garden that is pollinated by the bees from our on-site hives. We are grateful to the Baptist General Association of Virginia for the generous donations from their Hunger Funds.
The Food Pantry is located under the small porch facing 49th Street, between the Community Garden and the gravel parking lot.

Sunday Opportunities
Our Sunday School is held each Sunday at 10:15 a.m. in-person in the Church Library and virtually via Zoom. At this time, we offer this class for adults. Enter the building through the double doors under the portico facing 49th Street. To access the class via Zoom, please use one of the following options. Come join us!

Westover Baptist Church has been worshiping and serving in Richmond, Virginia since 1946. We are a small, diverse congregation dedicated to serving the spiritual, educational, and cultural needs of the surrounding community. Our Church is deeply rooted in the teachings of Jesus, and our doors are always open to community members who are looking for a place to worship. We are affiliated with the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship, nationally, and the South Richmond Baptist Center, locally. For those who are restricted from using steps, we offer entry into the building via a ramp. This entrance is best accessed from the paved parking lot located at the corner of Westover Hills Blvd and Reedy Ave.
Follow the sidewalk past the outside wooden staircase, then turn right to enter the building using the ramp. Once inside, go through the far side of the large room that's on the left, then turn right into the hallway that leads to the Church Library, located on the right side of the hallway, and straight ahead to the Main Sanctuary.

Drew Nagy, Pastor
Drew was welcomed to become the Pastor of Westover Baptist Church in January of 2020. Prior to this he served Westover as Youth Pastor, as Assistant Pastor, and as Interim Pastor. Drew is also the Executive Director of Living Water Community Center, which began as a mission of Westover Baptist Church. You can usually find him around the campus as he is a resident of the Living Water Monastic Community.

Bill Thomas, Pastoral Care Ministry
In this leadership role, Bill guides the Food Pantry ministry, and works with church members and the community to care for all. If you, or someone you know, needs transportation to doctor appointments, medication from the pharmacy, or from your local supermarket, Bill is dedicated to getting you there. In addition, Bill serves as Treasurer of the Church.

Andrew Pfeiffer, Music Ministry
Andrew came to Westover Baptist Church while earning his college degree in Piano Performance. He has faithfully served as Music Director at Westover for over 15 years. The quality of his music is unparalleled! Come attend the Worship Service on Sundays and experience his musical talent.
